A context of the first season is the "bike messengers" in New York City. They are one of the most 'common encounters' on the streets, in offices, elevators and even roads you would barely walk in. They are a part of unseen infrastructure of the city that support  as a hardware of  'network services.' The basic intention is to 'dress-up' the messengers in juxtaposition with the late 1800's sartorial tastes. Instead of mere designing, functionality and proportion are considered to materialize the ideas with understanding the context. The whole intention is to make products that are approachable designs and yet have reference stories to think about.

Floral Double Breasted Jacket: The silhouette is borrowed from the classical double-breasted jacket.
By placing the buttons higher than normal jackets, the proportions and details are altered due to the performing enhancements of the riders. It is made from 100% Linen and is perfect for the summer wardrobe for any occasions! Also, it is washed to soften the fabric.

Floral print short: The matching short with the Floral DB jacket. They are also made from 100% linen with soft washing. Also, in the back of the short, there is an adjustable buckle so that you don't need a belt, and on the hem of the short, there is a button to open to loosen the fitting. It can be matched with any solid colors or other complimentary colors.
Tux short sleeve shirt: Borrowing a silhouette from the most formal shirt (Tuxedo shirt). The design was came up while considering 'what if' the messenger shows up in the corporate office with Tuxedo shirt. However, it was tweaked in a way that suits for its purposes. Also, the bottom hem with the polka dots is a contrasting element to give a character.

Two-tone shirt: Two-tone coloring is to be seen easily for security purpose. Also, such color blocking accentuates aesthetic quality. It is more like 'presenting design through functionality." Front-pocket is inspired by the accessory pocket from the messenger bag for cell phone and other goods, and is made from 100% oxford cotton. Also, if the sleeves are rolled-up as shown, it gives a interesting contrast.

Three-Button Jacket: As shown it can be any jackets on the market. However, the same proportional adjustments are applied in pattern. The button placements are the same as the Floral DB jacket so that it allows more movements on waist area. Double-vent with buttons to fasten, light weight cottons, partially lined, unconstructed and softly washed.

Pants: Matching with the Jackets.
